Abstract
Perfluoroelastomers of tetrafluoroethylene, perfluoro (alkylvinylether) and a cure site monomer crosslinked with organic peroxide curing agent, and a process for their preparation.

In a cured perfluoroelastomer composition prepared from polymerized units of tetrafluoroethylene, perfluoro (alkylvinylether) and a nitrile-containing monomer, the improvement wherein the perfluoroelastomer is crosslinked with a carbon-carbon linkage and wherein the cured perfluoroelastomer is substantially free from triazine linkages.
