Abstract
Chelated radionuclide compositions are provided for conjugation to polypeptides and carbohydrates. The resulting conjugates may be used in diagnosis and therapy. Chelating compounds are disclosed.

A compound of the formula:
- ##STR13## wherein COOTFP represents a 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl ester group.
A compound of the formula:
- ##STR14## wherein COOTFP represents a 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl ester group.
A compound of the formula:
- ##STR15## wherein EOE represents an ethoxyethyl sulfur protecting group and COOTFP represents a 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl ester group.
A compound of the formula:
- ##STR16## wherein COOTFP represents a 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl ester group.
A compound of the formula:
- ##STR17## wherein Acm represents an acetamidomethyl sulfur protecting and COOTFP represents a 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl ester group.
A compound of the formula:
- ##STR18## wherein MOM represents a methoxymethyl sulfur protecting group and COOTFP represents a 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl ester group.
