Claims30
A photoresponsive imaging member comprised of a thionated perylene photogenerator layer, and a charge transport layer.
A photoconductive imaging member comprised of a supporting substrate, a thionated perylene photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer.
An imaging member comprised of (1) a supporting substrate;
- (2) a siloxane hole blocking layer;
- (3) a photogenerating layer comprised of the thionated perylene compounds of the Formulas of FIGS. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12 wherein Pr is propyl;
- or the Formulas of FIGS. 1, 2, 3 or 4 wherein x is aryl, heterocyclic, polycyclic arylenes, and the substituted derivatives thereof;
- R is hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, aryl alkyl, alkoxyalkyl, and the substituted derivatives thereof;
- and (4) an aryl amine hole transport layer.
A photoconductive imaging member comprised of a thionated perylene photoconductive layer which functions as a photogenerator and as a charge transport, which layer is deposited on a supporting substrate.
