Abstract
An attachment and method for converting a duplicator to a multi-purpose machine capable of printing serial numbers, designs, logos and signatures, as well as scoring and perforating work sheets including a chase adapted to be attached to a blanket cylinder of a duplicator machine for receiving implements for serial numbering, printing signatures, designs and logos, perforating and scoring.
Claims4
A method for converting an offset machine, including a master cylinder, a blanket cylinder having a blanket cylinder frame and blanket to said blanket cylinder frame, and an impression cylinder into a multi-purpose machine comprising:
- (a) removing said blanket from said blanket cylinder frame;
- and (b) attaching means for direct impression against worksheets to be passed between said blanket cylinder and said impression cylinder to said blanket cylinder frame.
