Abstract
A novel amphiphatic polymerizable vinyl monomer of the formula: ##STR1## having surface active function and crosslinking catalytic function, as well as increased amphiphatic nature. The invention also provides a preparation method of said amphiphatic polymerizable vinyl monomer, resin particles obtained by using said vinyl monomer, aqueous and organic solvent dispersion of said resin particles which are specifically useful in coating compositions.
