Claims23
A method of treating inflammatory disorders in mammals which comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of a selective beta.sub.2 antagonist to a mammal in need of such treatment, wherein the antagonist is an alkylaminoalkanol selected from the group consisting of butoxamine, ICI 118,551 and H35/25.
A method of treating disorders in mammals characterized by the presence of progressive joint deterioration, which method comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of a selective beta.sub.2 antagonist to a mammal in need of such treatment, wherein the antagonist is an alkylaminoalkanol selected from the group consisting of butoxamine, ICI 118,551 and H35/25.
A method of treating a disorder in a mammal characterized by the presence of progressive tissue deterioration, which method comprises administering an effective amount of a selective beta.sub.2 antagonist to a mammal in need of such treatment, wherein the antagonist is an alkylaminoalkanol selected from the group consisting of butoxamine, ICI 118,551 and H35/25.
