Abstract
3-sulfonyl-3,7-diazabicyclo[3,3,1]nonane compounds corresponding to the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is alkyl, cycloalkylalkyl or benzyl, R.sup.2 is hydrogen or lower alkyl, R.sup.3 is hydrogen or lower alkyl or R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 together form an alkylene chain, and R.sup.4 represents lower alkyl, thienyl, halogen substituted thienyl or a --(CH.sub.2).sub.n --R.sup.5 group, wherein n=0-3 and R.sup.5 is an optionally substituted phenyl group. The compounds are pharmacologically active, particularly in influencing the motility of the stomach.
Claims5
A 3-sulfonyl-3,7-diazabicyclo[3,3,1]nonane compound corresponding to the Formula I, ##STR20## wherein R.sup.1 is an alkyl group with 1-6 carbon atoms, a cycloalkylalkyl group with 4-7 carbon atoms or benzyl,
- R.sup.2 is hydrogen or lower alkyl and
- R.sup.3 is hydrogen or lower alkyl or
- R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 together form an alkylene chain with 3-6 carbon atoms, and
- R.sup.4 represents lower alkyl, thienyl, halogen substituted thienyl, or a --(CH.sub.2).sub.n --R.sup.5 group, wherein n=0-3 and
- R.sup.5 is a phenyl group or a phenyl group substituted by lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, halogen, trifluoromethyl or nitro,
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof.
