Abstract
4-Aryl-2,6-disubstituted-3,5-dicarbamyl-1,4-dihydropyridines and 4-Aryl-2,6-disubstituted-3-alkoxycarbonyl-5-carbamyl-1,4-dihydropyridines as antiallergy and antiinflammatory agents.
Claims5
A compound of the formula ##STR90## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- wherein Ar is chlorophenyl, dichlorophenyl, difluororphenyl, hydroxyphenyl or benzyloxyphenyl;
- R is alkyl having one to four carbon atoms, phenyl or fluorophenyl;
- R.sup.1 is alkyl having one to four carbon atoms or phenyl;
- R.sup.2 is alkyl having one to four carbon atoms or pyridyl;
- R.sup.3 is hydrogen;
- X is O or NH;
- Y is --(CH.sub.2).sub.m -- where m is 4 or 5 or ##STR91## where n is 1 or 2 and p is 0 or 1;
- and Z is 2-methylimidazo[4,5-c]pyrid-1-yl, 1-methylimidazo[4,5 -c]pyrid-2-yl, 2-methylbenzimidazol-1-yl or 3,5-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl.
