A liposome having a bilayer structure composed of rhamnolipid A (2-O-.alpha.-decenoyl-.alpha.-L-rhamnopyranosyl-.beta.-hydroxydecanoyl-.be ta.-hydroxydecanoic acid), rhamnolipid B (2-O-(2-O-.alpha.-decenoyl-.alpha.-rhamnopyranosyl)-.alpha.-L-rhamnopyrano syl-.beta.-hydroxydecanoyl-.beta.-hydroxydecanoic acid), or a salt thereof.

A liposome formed of rhamnolipid A, rhamnolipid B or a salt thereof.
A composition of matters, comprising an aqueous medium having a pH of 4.5-6.5, and liposomes formed of rhamnolipid A, rhamnolipid B or a salt thereof.
