5-Iminomethyl-halo-acyloxazolidines having an inhibiting action on the phytotoxicity of herbicides

Abstract

Compounds of formula: ##STR1## where R is alkyl having from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, alkenyl having from 3 to 8 carbon atoms or cyclohexyl; R.sub.1 is alkyl having from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, alkenyl having from 3 to 8 carbon atoms or cyclohexyl; and R and R.sub.1 together can form a --(CH.sub.2)--.sub.n group wherein n is an integer from 4 to 6. These compounds can be used as phytotoxicity antidotes for thiolcarbamate and/or acetanilide herbicides for use on corn cultivations.
