Abstract
Novel diarylacetylenes of the formula I ##STR1## where A, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 have the meanings stated in the description, are useful for the treatment of dermatological disorders.

A diarylacetylene of the formula I ##STR12## where R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each hydrogen or methyl, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are hydrogen or methoxy, R.sup.5 is hydrogen, halogen, methoxy or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl, A is a methylene or ethylene radical which is unsubstituted or substituted by C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl and R.sup.6 is tetrazolyl or --COOH and its physiologically tolerated salts.
