Abstract
A method for the inhibition of tumor metastases is described herein. The method makes use of the administration of castanospermine.
Claims8
A method for inhibiting the formation of tumor metastases comprising administering an amount, which is safe and sufficient to inhibit the formation of tumor metastases, of castanospermine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to a patient having melanoma, breast cancer, lung cancer or prostate cancer.
