Abstract
Thermoplastic copolyester-carbonate resins are described, having included in their polymer chains, a moiety of the formula: ##STR1## The resins are useful intermediates for branched or cross-linked molding compositions.
Claims5
A thermoplastic polyester-carbonate resin containing in the polymer chain, at least one divalent moiety selected from those of the formulae:
- ##STR9##
A thermoplastic polyester-carbonate resin containing in the polymer chain, at least one divalent moiety selected from those of the formulae:
- ##STR10## wherein R is a hydrocarbyl group selected from alkyl or cycloalkyl groups amenable to removal by thermal degradation.
