Abstract
A resin composition for use in cationic electrodeposition paints, said composition comprising a cationic resin and a blocked polyisocyanate compound as a curing agent component, said blocked polyisocyanate compound containing per molecule one low-temperature dissociating blocked isocyanate group having a blocking agent dissociating temperature of 60.degree. to 120.degree. C. and at least one high-temperature dissociating blocked isocyanate group which dissociates the blocking agent as a temperature higher than said dissociating temperature by at least 40.degree. C.

A resin composition for use in cationic electrodeposition paints, said composition comprising a cationic resin and a blocked polyisocyanate compound as a curing agent component, said blocked polyisocyanate compound containing per molecule one low-temperature dissociating blocked isocyanate group having a blocking agent dissociating temperature of 60.degree. to 120.degree. C. and at least one high-temperature dissociating blocked isocyanate group which dissociates the blocking agent at a temperature higher than said dissociating temperature by at least 40.degree. C.
