Abstract
New agents of carbacyclin derivatives are disclosed, which are represented by the following formula: ##STR1## wherein A is a --CH.dbd.CH-- or --C.tbd.C-- group. B is a substituted or unsubstituted indanyl group, substituted or unsubstituted benzodioxanyl group, substituted or unsubstituted benzodioxolanyl group or 2,3,5,6,7, 8-hexahydrobenzodioxanyl group. D is --CH.sub.2 -- or --O--. .about.OH group represents .alpha. or .beta. configuration of OH group; and ##STR2## These compounds are useful as anit-ulcer, anti-hypertensive or anti-thrombotic agents.
Claims14
A compound of formula:
- ##STR65## Wherein:
- A is --CH.dbd.CH-- or --C.tbd.C-- group;
- B is substituted or unsubstituted indanyl group, substituted or unsubstituted benzodioxanyl group, substituted or unsubstituted benzodioxolanyl group or 2,3,5,6,7,8-hexahydrobenzodioxanyl group, D is --CH.sub.2 -- or --O-- atom;
- .about.OH is .alpha. or .beta.-configuration of OH group, ##STR66## or pharmaceutically acceptable alkali addition salts thereof.
A method of preparing a compound of the formula:
- ##STR69## wherein R.sub.1 is a lower alkyl, R.sub.2 is a protecting group of hydroxy group. Y is hydrogen or halogen atom, B is substituted or unsubstituted indanyl group, substituted or unsubstituted benzodioxanyl group, substituted or unsubstituted benzodioxolanyl group or 2,3,5,6,7,8-hexahydrobenzodioxanyl group;
- D is --CH.sub.2 -- or --O-- ##STR70## which is comprises:
- reacting a compound of formula:
- ##STR71## Wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, D and ##STR72## are defined above, With a compound of formula:
- ##STR73## wherein R is a lower alkyl group of C.sub.1.about.3, Y and B are as defined above.
