Abstract
Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is a substituted alkoxy group, or an optionally substituted mercapto or amino group, R.sub.2 is a cyclic imino group, R.sub.3 is hydrogen, phenyl, alkyl or acyl, and n is 2 or 3, and non-toxic, pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof; the compounds as well as their salts are useful as antithrombotics.

A compound of the formula ##STR13## wherein R.sub.1 is (unsubstituted phenyl)-(alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms)-amino or N-(alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms)-(unsubstituted phenyl)-(alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms)-amino;
- R.sub.2 is thiomorpholino, thiomorpholino-1-oxide or thiomorpholino-1,1-dioxide;
- and
- R.sub.3 is hydrogen or formyl;
- or a non-toxic, pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof.
