Abstract
Detergent and cleansing compositions comprising at least one sulfated polyoxyalkylene condensation product and at least one amphoteric surfactant are provided.
Claims10
A detergent and cleansing composition wherein the active ingredients comprise from about 1 to 20% by weight of at least one anionic surfactant of the formula
- R--O--(C.sub.3 H.sub.6 O).sub.m (C.sub.2 H.sub.4 O).sub.n SO.sub.3 M
- wherein R is straight or branched chain alkyl of from about 6 to 10 carbon atoms;
- M is selected from Na, K, Mg, Ca, Al or alkanolamine;
- m is an integer of from about 1 to 4 and n is an integer of from about 1 to 10 and from about 1 to 10% by weight of at least one amphoteric surfactant wherein the composition has a pH of from about 4.0 to 9.0.
