This invention relates to the use of polyamide imides as thermoplasts.

A thermoplastic material which comprises polyamide imides produced in a solvent from polyisocyanates, polycarboxylic acid anhydrides and lactams or polyamides, precipitated with a non-solvent and then granulated.
A thermoplastic material which comprises polymide imides produced in a solvent from polyisocyanates, polycarboxylic acid anhydrides and lactams or polyamides, extracting the polyamide imide and then granulating the polyamide imide.
