Abstract
An image processing apparatus has a reader capable of dynamic and static reading, a printer, an original feed unit, and a control circuit including a microcomputer. When image data of an original larger than a standard size is fed, the data is partially read by dynamic reading and recorded, and thereafter the remaining data is read by static reading and recorded.
Claims21
An image processing apparatus comprising:
- reading means operated in a first mode for reading image data while an original is being moved and a second mode for reading the image data by scanning while the original is stopped at a predetermined position;
- memory means for storing the image data read by said reading means;
- and
- selecting means for selecting one of the first and second modes in accordance with a state of said memory means.
