Abstract
Dantrolene sodium is useful as a cardiac antiarrhythmic agent in hypothermic and normothermic warm-blooded animals.

A method of treating cardiac arrhythmia in hypothermic and normothermic warm-blooded animals comprising administering to an animal in need thereof an amount of dantrolene sodium effective to treat such arrhythmia.
