Abstract
A multilayer structure comprising an outer layer of aromatic polycarbonate and an outer layer of a polyolefin, said outer layers tied together with a layer comprising an admixture of a polyolefin and a polyalkylene terephthalate, the polyalkylene terephthalate present in said quantities in the tie layer so as to provide adhesion between the outer layers.

A multilayer structure comprising an outer layer of aromatic polycarbonate and an outer layer of a polyolefin, said outer layers tied together with a layer comprising an admixture of a polyolefin and a polyalkylene terephthalate, the polyalkylene terephthalate present in quantities in the tie layer so as to provide adhesion between the outer layers.
