A carrying case has a lower portion having inwardly facing surfaces that define an upwardly opening file chamber having a lower portion rim. An upper portion has inwardly facing surfaces that define a storage chamber having an upper portion rim. A panel is adapted to move between a closed position and an open position to selectively close and open the storage chamber. Means are provided for removably fastening the upper portion rim to the lower portion rim to thereby close the file chamber.
