Abstract
An operational amplifier circuit including an output stage which requires relatively low operating current to achieve a desired transconductance in order to permit improved driving of a capacitive load.
Claims7
An improved operational amplifier circuit including an input stage and an output stage,
- said output stage comprising,
- a current conducting device connected to receive a signal from the output terminal of said input stage,
- first FET means connected to the conduction path of said current conducting device, and
- second FET means directly connected to the control electrode of said current conducting device,
- said first and second FET means having their control electrodes directly connected to said output terminal of said input stage.
