Abstract
Compounds of the general formula ##STR1## wherein the various substituents are defined hereinbelow. These compounds have anti-aggregatory effect on blood platelets and are useful in the treatment or prophylaxis of thrombo-embolic disorders. Processes for the preparation of the compounds are described.
Claims3
A compound of the formula ##STR15## where Z is hydrogen or C.sub.1-4 straight chain or branched chain alkyl;
- Y is --CR.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 -- in which each R is independently hydrogen or methyl;
- Y.sup.1a is methylene substituted by hydroxyl, methylene substituted by hydroxyl and C.sub.1-6 alkyl, methylene, methylene substituted by a protected hydroxyl, methylene substituted by a protected hydroxyl and a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, or carbonyl and
- Y.sup.2 is C.sub.1-7 straight chain or branched alkyl, phenyl, benzyl or C.sub.4-7 cycloalkyl.
