Abstract
A compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.4 is lower alkyl, X is oxygen or sulfur, and n is integer of 3 or 4; R.sub.1 is hydrogen or halogen; R.sub.2 is halogen; R.sub.3 is hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkyl which may have lower alkoxy; a herbicidal composition containing said compound as an effective component; a method for killing weeds using said compound; and processes for the production of said compound, are disclosed hereinafter.
Claims11
A compound of the formula:
- ##STR25## wherein R.sub.4 is lower alkyl, X is oxygen or sulfur, and n is integer of 3 or 4;
- R.sub.1 is hydrogen or halogen;
- R.sub.2 is halogen;
- R.sub.3 is hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkyl which may be substituted by lower alkoxy.
A herbicidal composition comprising 0.5 to 95% by weight of a compound of the formula:
- ##STR30## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and W are defined as in claim 1 or 5 to 99.5% by weight of adjuvant(s).
