Abstract
A perfluorocarbonyl compound of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.f is perfluoroalkyl having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, R'.sub.f is perfluoroalkylene having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, R is fluorine, chlorine, perfluoroalkyl having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, or is alkoxy having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and n is 0 to 10.

A perfluorocarbonyl compound of the formula ##STR37## wherein R.sub.f is perfluoroalkyl having 1 to 10 carbon atoms,
- R.sub.f ' is perfluoroalkylene having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and
- n is 0 to 10.
