Herein disclosed are a toner composition for the development of electrostatic latent images which comprises a polymer obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer or monomers in the presence of a chlorinated polyolefin, and a method for preparing the same.

A toner composition for the development of electrostatic latent images which comprises a polymer obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer or monomers in the presence of a chlorinated polyolefin having a degree of chlorination of 0.7 to 0.85 per carbon atom and at least one agent selected from the group consisting of a coloring agent and a magnetic material.
A method for preparing a toner composition for the development of electrostatic latent images which comprises polymerizing a monomer or monomers in the presence of a chlorinated polyolefin having a degree of chlorination of 0.7 to 0.85 per carbon atom and at least one agent selected from the group consisting of a coloring agent and a magnetic material.
