Oligonucleotide comprising a chain containing in turn n identical or different nucleosidic units, n being higher than 1, preferably not higher than 10, among which at least one of the nucleosidic units is constituted by xyloadenosine, these nucleosidic units being linked by a 2'.fwdarw.5' bond, comprising a linking group containing at least one phosphorus atom.
