## Abstract

6-Imidazol-1-yl-3-hydrazino-pyridazines, in which the imidazole ring is unsubstituted or is substituted by halogen or alkyl, their physiologically tolerated addition salts with acids, processes for their preparation and their use as drugs in the treatment of hypertonia.

A therapeutic agent for the treatment of hypertonia which comprises an effective amount of a compound of claim 1, 2, 3 or 4 or a physiologically tolerated additional salt thereof with an acid for lowering blood pressure combined with a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient and/or diluent.
