A fibrous web for cleaning and rendering surfaces non-fogging comprising a fibrous web bonded with a latex selected from the group consisting of natural rubber, butadiene rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber and impregnated with an aqueous cleaning solution comprising 0.2-1.0% by weight zinc chloride.
