Abstract
Perfluorosuccinyl fluoride is produced by coupling accompanied by dehalogenation of a difluorohaloacetyl fluoride having the formula XCF.sub.2 COF wherein X represents I, Br or Cl by reacting with a trapping agent of a halogen at a temperature ranging from 100.degree. to 500.degree. C.

A process for producing perfluorosuccinyl fluoride which comprises coupling accompanied by dehalogenation of a difluorohaloacetyl fluoride having the formula
- XCF.sub.2 COF
- wherein X represents I, Br or Cl by reacting with a trapping agent of a halogen at a temperature ranging from 100.degree. to 500.degree. C.
