Abstract
A thin platinum film electrodeposited on a conductive tin oxide surface and a process for forming the coating.
Claims5
A product comprising a tin-oxide substrate surface-coated with a continuous platinum layer wherein the platinum layer has a weight not greater than substantially 1 microgram per square centimeter of nonprojected, actual coated surface and wherein said product has substantially the same electrochemical properties as platinum.
