Abstract
Compounds of formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R is hydrogen, halogen, C.sub.1-4 alkyl or C.sub.1-4 alkoxy; R.sub.1 is hydrogen or C.sub.1-6 alkyl; and n is 1 to 6 and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; pharmaceutical compositions containing them; a process for their preparation; and their use in treating allergy.
Claims15
A compound selected from the group consisting of a piperazine of the formula:
- ##STR25## and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof wherein R is hydrogen, halo, alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms or alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms;
- R.sub.1 is hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms;
- and
- n is 1 to 6.
6-{3-[4-(4-Chlorobenzyl)-1-piperazinyl]propylo xy}-4,9-dihydro-4,9-dioxo-1H-naphtho[2,3-d]-v-triazole, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
5-{3-[4-(4-1-piperazinyl]propyloxy}-4, 9-dihydro-4,9-dioxo-1H-naphtho[2,3-d]-v-triazole, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- or
- 6-{3-[4-(2-Chlorobenzyl)-1-piperazinyl]propyloxy}-4,9-dihydro-4,9-dioxo-1H naphtho [2,3-d]-v-triazole, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- or
- 6-{3-[4-(4-Chlorobenzyl)-1-piperazinyl]propyloxy}-4,9-dihydro-4,9-dioxo-5-m ethyl-1H-naphtho[2,3-d]-v-triazole, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or
- 6-{3-[4-(2-Chlorobenzyl)-1-piperazinyl]propyloxy}-4,9-dihydro-4,9-dioxo-5-m ethyl-1H-naphtho[2,3-d]-v-triazole, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
