Abstract
What is disclosed are steroid-21-halogeno-17-(alkyl carbonates), useful as medicaments for the treatment of inflammatory dermatoses, and a method for making them.
Claims13
A corticoid-21-chloro-17-(alkyl carbonate) selected from the group consisting of compounds of the formula ##STR8## wherein A is ##STR9## or C=O, and compounds of the formula ##STR10## wherein Y is hydrogen, fluorine, or chlorine;
- Z is hydrogen, chlorine, fluorine, or methyl;
- R.sub.3 is hydrogen, .alpha.-methyl, or .beta.-methyl;
- and
- R.sub.2 is alkyl having 1 to 10 carbon atoms.
