Abstract
Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen, methanesulfonyl, or acetyl, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 jointly mean oxo, oximino, or separately two hydrogen atoms, or R.sub.2 is hydrogen and R.sub.3 is hydroxy or amino, and when R.sub.3 is amino, the physiologically acceptable acid salts thereof possess valuable pharmacological properties.

An indanyl derivative of the formula ##STR4## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen, methylsulfonyl, or acetyl,
- R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 jointly are oxo or oximino, or separately each is hydrogen, or
- R.sub.2 is hydrogen and R.sub.3 is hydroxy or amino, or, when R.sub.3 is amino, a physiologically acceptable salt thereof with an acid.
