Abstract
This specification concerns the use to treat hypertension in mammals of certain known 6-phenyl-4H-s-triazolo[4,3-a][1,4]benzodiazepines.
Claims6
A method of treating hypertension in mammals which comprises administering to a mammal suffering from said disease an amount of a compound of formula I
- wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 3 carbon atoms;
- wherein R.sub.4 is hydrogen or methyl;
- and
- wherein R.sub.8 is hydrogen or halogen;
- or a pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, effective to
