A compound selected from the group consisting of those of the formulae:
- ##STR5## and the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts, wherein R is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and alkanoyl having two to three carbon atoms;
- R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 when taken separately are each hydrogen and R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 when taken together are (CH.sub.3).sub.2 C.
