Abstract
A method of treating a wound or burn which comprises covering the surface of the wound or burn with a cross-linked amnion dressing.

A method of treating a wound or burn comprising the covering of said wound or burn with a dressing formed of amnion in which the proteins have been fixed by cross-linking.
A dressing for wounds, burns and surgically affected body members comprising amnion, the proteins of which have been cross-linked by fixing in a solution of a chemical cross-linking agent capable of cross-linking the proteins of said amnion.
