N-Pyrazinyl-N-benzylcarbamates, having fungicidal and plant growth regulating properties

A compound of the formula ##STR8## wherein R.sup.1 is hydrogen, or is alkyl, alkoxyalkyl, cycloalkyl or alkylcycloalkyl of up to six carbon atoms, R.sup.2 is hydrogen or alkyl of one to four carbon atoms, X is halogen or alkyl of from one to six carbon atoms and n is one or two, the horticulturally acceptable acid addition salts thereof, N-oxides thereof and complexes thereof with halides of calcium, copper and iron.
