Abstract
1-Benzyl- and 1-phenyl-4-(2-hydroxy-3-benzyloxypropyl)-piperazines useful as immune regulants are disclosed. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing the novel compounds and a method of regulating immune response of a warm blooded animal by administration of the novel compounds.
Claims7
A compound of the formula ##STR2## and the pharmaceutically acceptable addition salts thereof, wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are each benzyl or monosubstituted benzyl, said substituent being selected from alkyl of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, alkoxy of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, chloro, bromo and fluoro.
