Abstract
A thermosensitive recording material comprising a matrix of an electrically insulating, film-forming thermoplastic resin and dispersed as a fine powder in the matrix, a linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having at least 13 carbon atoms or its ammonium salt, and a thermosensitive electrostatic recording material provided by applying aforesaid material to the conductive surface of a thermally stable substrate.
Claims8
A thermosensitive recording material comprising a matrix of an electrically insulating, film-forming thermoplastic resin and, dispersed as a fine powder in the matrix, at least one linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having at least 13 carbon atoms and a melting point of not more than 150.degree. C. or its ammonium salt, the amount of the linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid or its ammonium salt being 5 to 40 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the resin matrix.
A thermosensitive electrostatic recording material comprising a thermally stable substrate having at least one electrically conductive surface and applied to the conductive surface of the substrate, a thermosensitive recording layer, said thermosensitive recording layer comprising a matrix of an electrically insulating, film-forming thermoplastic resin and dispersed as a fine powder in the matrix, a linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having at least 13 carbon atoms or its ammonium salt.
