Abstract
Thiazoline derivatives of the general formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 to R.sup.7 have the specified meanings, physiologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof, processes for their preparation, pharmaceutical preparations based on these compounds and their use for acting on the serum lipoprotein spectrum. The invention moreover relates to compounds of the formulae ##STR2## wherein A, R, R.sup.1 to R.sup.7, Y and Z have the specified meanings.

Thiazoline derivative of the formula ##STR34## in which R.sup.1 denotes alkyl of 1 to 8 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl of 3 to 8 carbon atoms or alkenyl of 3 to 4 carbon atoms;
- R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are identical or different and denote hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, dimethyl- or diethyl-amino or trifluoromethyl, or any two of R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 together denote methylenedioxy or ethylenedioxy;
- R.sup.5 denotes hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 3 carbon atoms;
- R.sup.6 denotes hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms;
- R.sup.7 denotes hydrogen, alkyl of 1 to 12 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl of 3 to 12 carbon atoms, allyl, phenethyl or a benzyl of the formula ##STR35## in which R.sup.8 and R.sup.9 are identical or different and denote hydrogen, methyl, chlorine or methoxy, or R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 together represent an alkylene chain which can be branched and has a total of up to 8 carbon atoms and in which one methylene group can be replaced by --O-- or ##STR36## and Y denotes hydrogen, halogen or alkyl of 1 to 3 carbon atoms;
- an alkali or alkaline earth mtal salt thereof, or an acid addition salt thereof with a pharmacologically acceptable acid.

4-(4-Chloro- 3-diethylsulfamoylphenyl)-3-methyl-2-phenylimino-4-thiazoline.
4-(4-Chloro-3-dimethylsulfamoylphenyl)-2-(2-chlorophenylimi no)-3-methyl-4-thiazoline.
4-(4-Chloro-3-dimethyls ulfamoylphenyl)-3-methyl-2-(2-methylphenylimino)-4-thiazoline.
4-(4-Chloro-3-dimethylsulfamoylphenyl)-3-methyl-2-(2,4-dime thylphenyl-imino)-4-thiazoline.
4-(2-Chloro-5-dimethylsulfam oylphenyl)-3-methyl-2-phenylimino-4-thiazoline.
4-(3-Chloro-5-dimethylsulfamoylphenyl)-3-met hyl-2-phenylimino-4-thiazoline.
4-(4-Chloro-3-dimethylsulfa moylphenyl)-2-(4-methoxyphenylimino)-3-methyl-4-thiazoline.
4-(4-Chloro-3-sulfamoylphenyl)-3-methyl-2-phenylimino-4-thiazoline.
