Abstract
A curable resin composition consisting essentially of an amidated polybutadiene and a phenolic resin, and a laminate containing the resin composition in cured form and having excellent electrical properties and cold punching workability.
Claims5
A laminate prepared by impregnating a resin composition consisting essentially of ( 1) an amidated butadiene polymer prepared by reacting a butadiene polymer having a number-average molecular weight of 300-10,000 with maleic anhydride and then reacting the resulting maleinized butadiene polymer with at least one member selected from the group consisting of ammonia and primary amines and (2) a resol, into fibrous materials, piling the thus obtained prepregs and then curing the piled prepregs together to obtain the laminate.
