Abstract
The extemperaneous preparation of liposomes incorporating englobed therapeutically active substances is effected by introducing an aspirated phopholipid emulsion into a container containing the active substance as a dry powder or lyophilate.

A process for the extemporaneous preparation of liposomes incorporating englobulated therapeutically active substances characterized in that an aspirated phospholipid emulsion in water or physiologic solution is introduced into a container containing the active substance as a dry powder or lyophilate.
