A foodstuff which comprises having added thereto from about 1 to about 1,000 parts per million by weight of cis-10,10-dimethyl-tricyclo[7.1.1.0.sup.2,7 ]undec-2-en-4-one.
A beverage which comprises having added thereto from about 1 to about 1,000 parts per million by weight of cis-10,10-dimethyl-tricyclo[7.1.1.0.sup.2,7 ]undec-2-en-4-one.
Method for improving, enhancing or modifying the organoleptic properties of a foodstuff or beverage which comprises adding thereto from about 1 to about 1,000 parts per million by weight of cis-10,10-dimethyl-tricyclo[7.1.1.0.sup.2,7 ]undec-2-en-4-one.
