Abstract
This invention relates to novel dye salts of basic dyes or basic optical brighteners and anionic esters of boric acid. The invention also includes the preparation of the aforementioned novel dye salts.
Claims13
New dye salts insoluble in water but soluble in polar organic and dipolar aprotic solvents, comprised in the general formula:
- ##STR3## in which the name chromogenic cation indicates a radical of an organic dye or of an optical brightener containing at least a basic-ionization group,
- n is an integer, higher than 1 indicating the structural units contained in the polymer of the boric ester,
- m is an integer not exceeding n.
