Abstract
The 16-substituted-15-keto-11deoxy prostalglandins are useful as anti secretary blood pressure lowering, anti-ulcerogenic and antihypertensive agents.

A compound of the formula:
- ##STR12## wherein A and B are individually hydrogen or lower alkyl, or taken together form a carbon to carbon bond;
- R.sub.4 is hydrogen or lower alkyl;
- R' is fluoro or trifluoromethyl;
- R is hydrogen, fluoro or lower alkyl;
- or their optical antipodes or racemates thereof.
