A miticidal method which comprises applying a miticidal composition comprising Lysocellin having the formula:
- ##STR4## or its salt or its ester for the hydroxyl group at 21 position to imagines, larvae or ova of mites at a dose of 1 to 1000 g. per 10 acres.
