Abstract
3-Hydroxy-3-substituted phenylthiazolo[2,3-b]quinazoline-2-acetic acids, their lactones and related compounds, and their use as immunomodulating agents are disclosed.
Claims3
A compound of the formula:
- ##STR5## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl of 1-4 carbon atoms, CF.sub.5, NO.sub.2 or NH.sub.2 ;
- R.sub.2 is hydrogen, lower alkyl of 1-4 carbon atoms, CF.sub.3, halo, cyclohexyl or phenyl;
- and
- R.sub.3 is hydrogen or lower alkyl of 1-4 carbon atoms.
