Abstract
Certain ureides of substituted naphthoic acids and salts useful as inhibitors of connective tissue destruction.
Claims4
A compound of the formula:
- ##STR6## wherein A is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, lower (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6)alkyl and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt cation;
- B is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, lower (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6)alkanoyl and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt cation;
- and R is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and lower (C.sub.1 -C.sub.3)alkyl.
The compound according to claim 1, 6-(m-aminobenzamido)-4-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid ethyl ester acetate.
